I am forestbathing from my urban jungle. I made a little forest. It’s populated with all the different trees that make me happy. It’s full of small victories and personal places. An Athens courtyard. A Pacific island. A wall of trees. A number in my browser. Mum’s garden. Turning them into real trees, one gram at a time. I can make a little forest.” – Anna Vlahos
